Morning Mindful Journaling

Take note of what is on your Mind first thing in the morning.

Have your journal readily available. If possible, try to place it right next to your bed every night.

Take a few deep breaths in and release. Then sit in that energy. Close your eyes or keep them open. It’s completely up to you.

The main goal is to take in how you feel upon awakening. Question yourself honestly. Ask yourself how your surroundings make you feel? How can you enhance those surroundings or even decrease the intense energies of those surroundings? Is your space cluttered or unorganized when you wake? If so, how do you feel about that every morning? Question yourself and your own ability to either make each of these feelings go away, stay or grow into something you truly desire them to be.

Notate your plans in your journal soon after sitting in this energy for as long you need to.

How you intend to accomplish them all is a great way to begin this part of your entry.

Understand that there is an energy surrounding the collective that will require us to be able to speak our Expectations of ourselves and others into Existence.

If you’re unable to clear space and write your own expectations down on a single sheet of paper each day, then how are you to possibly harness the power of words truthfully and honestly in any other aspect of your life?

This method of Mindfulness Journaling every morning until we can trust yourself to move on to simply completing Mindfulness Meditation at any point of the day, allows us to be brutally honest with ourselves privately. In return, it will give us the strength to be truthful with our expectations of others and ourselves, publicly.

Trust me when I tell you that mastery of this skill will be very much needed very soon. It may seem simple but inner reflection can be very emotional. Protect your energy by making sure you are in a safe space when completing this task.
